Guttmann Barcelona Life consists of a group of apartments designed for independent living, measuring between 53 and 56 m2, and with or without a terrace. These spacious apartments are fully adapted for people with reduced mobility and offer the very latest home automation solutions. The project will initially start by opening the 12 apartments located on the second floor of the building.
Guttmann Barcelona Life is located in a residential clinical building with round-the-clock surveillance and offers a series of personalised complementary support services to enhance the functional autonomy of its service users, alongside its high level of comfort and safety.
Guttmann Barcelona Life occupies the four top floors of the modern Guttmann Barcelona building, located at the junction of Calle Garcilaso and Avenida Meridiana.

- Bedroom with 1 or 2 beds according to preference.
- Hoist rail.
- Fitted wardrobes (living room and bedroom).

- Reception/concierge for the apartments located in front of the building’s elevators on the ground or main floor.
- Multipurpose social room of about 100m2 located on the 2nd floor of the building.
- Laundry area of about 17 m2 located on the 2nd floor of the building with self-service washing machines and dryers.
- Parking spaces for vehicles on floors -2 and -3.
The Guttmann Barcelona building is also home to the Guttmann Brain Health Institute clinic and a café-restaurant that is open to the general public.

How to get here
The Guttmann Barcelona Life project is located in the northeast area of the city of Barcelona at the junction of two major thoroughfares, Avenida Meridiana and Calle Garcilaso. This is an up-and-coming area, boasting the seafront, the 22@ business district and the future AVE station. It is on the site of the former Hospital of the Institut Guttmann and is about 11km from the new Badalona Hospital.
The area itself offers a range of community services like leisure, schools and colleges, markets and opportunities to participate in the area’s social life. It enjoys a good network of adapted public transport and quick access to the northern route out of the city.
The La Sagrera primary healthcare centre is located on Calle Garcilaso.
