Guttmann Barcelona Life is an initiative specifically aimed at people with physical disabilities and reduced mobility, preferably young people. The aim is to offer the possibility to live an independent and autonomous lifestyle in an inclusive context.

Care is adapted to individual needs at all times. The profile of users that Guttmann Barcelona Life is specifically aimed at is:

• People with the will and ability to live an independent lifestyle that requires adaptations of the living space and personal and/or technological support services that allow them to carry out their activities, and participation in different areas of life in the community: work, education, organisations, friendships...
• People with disabilities who, after having undergone rehabilitation, need a safe environment with support services that allow them to adapt better to their new situation and try out the possibility of independent living.
• People with disability and/or reduced mobility with a temporary need for an accessible home with support services to solve a time-limited problem, undergo clinical treatment at the Institut Guttmann, or try to adapt to a new personal situation.
